We will install and configure it so it looks unique to you and make sure all the building blocks are in place. You can then choose how much involvement you want in adding your content and building out the pages. Note you will need to provide your content, logo and images for us to use.

When we use a templated theme, it gets configured and customised to your needs, with your content branding and colours.
Yes, the theme will be used elsewhere but to most untrained eyes you won’t know its the same under the hood.
When you provide your content we will re-organise it and may make some modifications to it to make the page and information flow better. However unless specified or agreed as part of your project scope we will not write or edit your content.
If you wish to engage a copywriter, editor or similar to help you then please let us know and we can work with them or provide that as part of your project.
Imagery can be challenging. There are lot’s of icon libraries that can be used to enhance your text, and there are also vast stock image libraries. These are great when budget is an issue and you can’t engage a photographer to help you get your own shots.
Photographers are amazing at telling stories and we highly recommend you work with one to create some imagery for your business. Remember that you can also use these on social media, in brochures and other marketing – so it’s not a one off expense just for your website.
If you have imagery you wish to use, we’ll need it from you with sizing at least 2000px width or height. Anything smaller and it will look daggy and a bit crap on your site, especially on high resolution screens like phones and tablets.
When you start to move into sites that support payments and customer registrations things get a bit harder. We have to ensure you meet the terms of the Australian Privacy Principles, or those rules governing privacy in your location. We have to help you get payment gateways set up, your inventory installed on the site, ensure your emails look great and arrive with your customer, set up my account areas, perhaps even integrate with other external products where you manage inventory or invoices.
When you start an ecommerce site with us, we also insist that you take our Maintain Care Plan as well – this is because you will need help as you get to know how it all works and you start to make sales. It’s a complex beast with a lot of moving parts.
