
Have you ever had a PDF that you have needed to make some changes to, or needed to copy out the text from? This used to be the domain of expensive desktop software like Adobe Acrobat, but did you know you can do this for free with nothing but a web browser?
I’ll show you how to open and edit any PDF with no software in this video. Simply you save the PDF in Google Drive and then open with Google Docs. Once you have made changes you can then use Google Docs to export it back to a PDF!
Note that some PDF’s contain obfuscation, or security, so while this works with most, a PDF that has been heavily designed for example may not contain the text as you expect. In these cases the text could be images, or the PDF has security on it.
