On occasion you find emails coming into your organisation from a consistent bad actor. This may be a spammer or someone social engineering your users. It could also be someone who you legitimately do not want to hear from again.
In this video I’ll show you how to block senders from being able to send an email to your users. Google Workspace administrators can block senders based on an email address but also by individual email addresses.
Admin – Apps – Google Workspace – Gmail – Spam, phishing and malware – Blocked Senders
Create a new rule and give it a name. You can then attach a list of addresses or domains. Note lists can be reused elsewhere too.
Once added to your rule you can now optionally choose to send a rejection notice.
Now your users will no longer be able to get emails from this domain, or address.
