Security is a big deal, and your users are not the best at following secure best practices.

Google for Work now gives you the option to alert certain people when a suspicious login event occurs. We recommend you turn this on and look at the other alerts you can get.

Steps:

  1. Login to admin.google.com
  2. Go to Reports
  3. In the left menu – Manage Alerts
  4. Enable ‘Suspicious login activity’
  5. Enter email addresses of additional people to get notifications.
