DeveloperCircuit.com is a new job site that is looking to put a spin on the way developers look for jobs. Seek and CareerOne in Australia are the big players, and when you post a job advert on there, you get all sort of people applying, some who dont even have the skills you require.

The site aims to have ColdFusion based sites around the world display the jobs, thus making them available to targeted audiences and improving the leads that employers receive. DeveloperCircuit is leveraging the power of thousands of blogs and industry websites to get jobs under the noses of the passive job seeker. Now developers will find your employment opportunities published on the development sites that they frequent most often. Personally I think this is a great idea and I hope that others outside the US will help with making this a success. To that end I am putting my small bit of the InterWeb behind this effort by using their Flex Widget to display the jobs on the site. You can also find the ColdFusion Jobs on the RSS feed pod down the side.
